Common questions.
What costs credits?
Searches spend credits based on result pages times unique keyword queries. Polling /v1/jobs/:id is free, so async jobs do not create extra credit spend while you wait.
Do you support webhooks?
Yes. Register an https endpoint and we send a signed POST (Standard Webhooks / Svix-compatible) when a job completes or fails - so you do not have to poll. Polling /v1/jobs/:id stays free either way.
What happens if I hit my daily spend limit?
Balance exhaustion returns 402, and the daily limit returns 429. Extra top-ups are the Stripe checkout model we are adding next, priced at $0.01 per extra credit and intended to sit outside daily plan limits.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. The paid plan prices shown here are $19/mo billed annually or $23 month-to-month for Pro, and $76/mo billed annually or $92 month-to-month for Business.
Do you offer non-profit / academic discounts?
Contact us if you are a registered non-profit, academic team, or early design partner. We can set up the right credit package manually while billing automation is being added.
