Common questions.
What counts as one request?
One POST to /v1/search. Polling /v1/jobs/:id is free and unmetered. The result list returned by a single search doesn't matter - 1 business or 500, it's still one request.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
We don't auto-bill overage on Free or Pro. We return a 429 and you bump up to the next tier when you're ready. Business plans get configurable overage rates in contract.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes - upgrade takes effect immediately, downgrade at the end of the current cycle. No annual contracts on Free or Pro.
Do you offer non-profit / academic discounts?
Yes. 50% off Pro for registered non-profits and accredited universities. Email us with your tax-exempt or institutional certificate.
